Black Pepper |
Butter (better than margarine) |
Cashew Nuts (chopped) |
Garlic (minced) |
Lemon Juice (few drops) |
Oregano |
Sea Bass |
Spring Onion (chopped) |
METHOD:
Bring oven to high heat (425 degrees). Baste sea bass with melted butter and sprinkle
with ingredients. Prepare fish in a covered baking dish and cook about 10-15 minutes.
Remove from oven. Squeeze a few drops of lemon juice on the fish. Serve hot.
