INGREDIENTS:
Black Pepper Butter (better than margarine)
Cashew Nuts (chopped) Garlic (minced)
Lemon Juice (few drops) Oregano
Sea Bass Spring Onion (chopped)

METHOD:

      Bring oven to high heat (425 degrees). Baste sea bass with melted butter and sprinkle with ingredients. Prepare fish in a covered baking dish and cook about 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven. Squeeze a few drops of lemon juice on the fish. Serve hot.
