Quesadilla

SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
Basil Black Pepper
Dill Weed Ketchup
Lemon Juice Oregano
Tabasco Sauce Tomato Sauce
White Vinegar  
CHOPPED ITEMS (in Sauce):
Garlic (fresh) Hot Pepper
Onion Parsley (fresh is better)
Sage Scallion
OTHER INGREDIENTS:
Flour Tortillas Grated Cheese (Cheddar; Mozzarella)
Sliced Tomato and Bell Pepper Sour Cream

METHOD:

      Mix all sauce and chopped ingredients - to your taste.
      On high heat, quickly brown flour tortilla in pan with oil. Turn and briefly fry other side; immediately spread sauce and cheese on tortilla. When brown (less than a minute--watch carefully), fold in half and remove from pan. Cut in three pieces and serve hot/crisp.

OPTIONAL: OPEN-FACE STYLE
      Do not fold while cooking. Place sliced tomatoes and bell peppers on top of the sauce and cheese. (This will look similar to a pizza.) Add sour cream in dollops. Cut in slices and serve.
