INGREDIENTS:
1 package Dry Yeast 2 cups Flour
2 tbs. Honey 1 tbs. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Salt 16 oz can Tomato Sauce
3/4 cup Water 1/4 cup Warm Water
SHREDDED CHEESE:
Cheddar Mozzarella
Provolone  

METHOD:

      Prepare the dough. Stir the following in a cup: dry yeast, honey and warm water. Let stand 10 minutes. Put flour and salt in a mixer bowl.
      While mixing at low speed, add olive oil, 3/4 cup water and yeast mixture. Mix to form a dough ball. Add a bit of flour if the ball is sticky. Knead dough until smooth on a lighly floured surface. Put dough in a stainless steel bowl. Cover with a cloth and let the dough rise 35 to 40 minutes. For small pizzas, cut dough into 4 portions.
      On a lightly floured surface, flatten each small dough ball and roll into a circle with a rolling pin. Place on a pizza pan. Top with sauce and cheese before baking. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Bake 15 to 18 minutes. Serve hot.

OPTION:
      Add the following to your sauce: basil; black pepper; garlic; oregano; dash of Tabasco sauce. Additional desired toppings: bell pepper; black olives; ham; mushrooms; onion; pepperoni.
