INGREDIENTS: |
Black Pepper |
Butter (better than margarine) |
Lemon Juice (few drops) |
Lemon Pepper Seasoning |
Oregano |
Salmon |
METHOD:
Bring oven to high heat (425 degrees). Baste salmon with butter and sprinkle
with ingredients. Wrap in tin foil and bake until cooked (about 10-15 minutes).
Remove from oven. Squeeze a few drops of lemon juice on the salmon. Serve hot
with baked yam and corn on the cob.
