Grilled Salmon

INGREDIENTS:
Black Pepper Butter (better than margarine)
Lemon Juice (few drops) Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Oregano Salmon

METHOD:

      Bring oven to high heat (425 degrees). Baste salmon with butter and sprinkle with ingredients. Wrap in tin foil and bake until cooked (about 10-15 minutes). Remove from oven. Squeeze a few drops of lemon juice on the salmon. Serve hot with baked yam and corn on the cob.
