INGREDIENTS: |
1 tsp Baking Soda |
3 Ripe Bananas |
1/2 cup Butter (not margarine) |
2 Eggs |
2 cups Flour |
1 cup Sugar |
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 350° heat. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix
baking soda, bananas and eggs. Add flour (1 cup flour at a time)
and mix until fully incorporated at moderate speed. Pour into desired
pan. Bake time: Loaf Pan (50-60 minutes); Mini Loaf Pans (20-25 minutes).
