Grilled Pineapple

INGREDIENTS:
1 Ripe Pineapple 4 tbs. Brown Sugar
Water (enough to form a paste)  

METHOD:

      Trim the pineapple by cutting away the other skin and slicing out the "eyes" in a spiraling manner (see picture). Add water to brown sugar until it forms a paste. Skewer pineapple onto a rotisserie and grill at moderate heat. Baste several times with the brown sugar mix. Grill until golden brown (approximately 40 minutes, depending on your grill). Slice and serve hot.
